hey guys , i have problems with using the site. it does open from browser but doesn’t load anything and when i try to sign in i gives that the web page is not working and unable to handle this request at the moment.
i tried many things but it still gives me the same. i need your help please as soon as possible !
No need to start yet another thread on this topic. There are multiple threads already in process. There is a problem with the Warehouse and it is being worked on. It’ll be back up as soon as they can get it sorted.
I’m having same issues, was OK over weekend, now nothing, have been digging around for ages trying to find answers. If SketchUp know they have a problem, why not post it up in big letters on community pages, so we don’t waste time looking for the answers!
If you read the other threads on this topic you would see they are aware of it and they are working on it. They also indicated the would make an announcement when it is fixed.
As a hobbyist (Your profile says you are using SketchUp Make), what’s the rush for the Warehouse?
