Did you reinstall SketchUp? Make sure you do it correctly. Right click on the download installer and choose Run as administrator. Then choose the Repair option. Using the Offline installer may help.

Try repairing or re-installing the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 runtime. This might also be listed as Microsoft Visual C++ v14.
