Has anyone found a good font for printing small single nozzle width (0.4mm) text? I’m trying to print some text that is around 3.5 to 4mm tall (not referring to extrusion height) and can’t seem to find a font that actually shows properly when I go to slice it.
I’ve had good luck with the “Arial Rounded MT Bold” font. It has nearly consistent stroke width, especially in all capitals:
This font shipped with many Microsoft products, but it may be difficult to locate nowadays.

Using the “Arial Rounded MT Bold” font with 4mm tall characters extruded 2mm processed for a MakerBot 2 (0.1mm vertical resolution):
Found the font on FontsGeek. Giving it a test print right now. Looks promising, thanks!
