Please would somebody show me how I would be able to connect these two circles with a tube, bearing in mind they’re different sizes. All help is appreciated, thank you!
You mean something like this?
Connect the relative end points on the 2 circles edges with lines. Faces will be created. Soften the lines until smooth.
OR
Create a tube using push-pull the size of the small circle. Using the scale tool on the top surface ONLY, tap CTRL to scale the face symmetrically. The tube will stay connected to the shape of the top and bottom circles. Scale as desired to create the flared tube
OR
Draw 2 concentric circles. Use the move tool on the inside circle. Tap the up arrow key and move the inside circle vertically. You can enter a distance for the move if you want after the initial move.
Just make a circle, extrude it using the push pull tool, then use the scale tool to make either the upper circle bigger or the bottom one smaller, depending on the size of the circle you made first.
