Pdf/a hatching

Quick question,
I been working with a new engineer. I’ve sent a exported pdf from Layout for his final review. After he’s done stamping it and saving it as a pdf/a all of the hatching is off. any ideas? Haven’t had issues with the other firms I deal with.

I’d suggest his PDF editor is a bit suspect! Maybe check what he is using, trial it and see if there are any “saving” suggestions you can make him!

Actually:

File > Document Setup > Paper > Turn on “Print Paper Colour”

This may overcome the issue!
