I am on my laptop - I use SketchUp on my laptop and desktop - depending on if I am finishing something up at home or I am in the office. I haven’t used SketchUp for the last few month. Now I would like to jump on it. but there is a new sign in method. I am on my laptop, last time I used SketchUp from my desktop…maybe this is clue??? I have two options to sign in - QR code or A USB key (I never had a USB key), so I left with the QR code. But this is the message I receive every time I am trying t use it:
I - sometimes - forget to bring my phone - so this method is not ideal. I think I had assistance whit this before…I usually have an option to sign in trough a passcode sent by email. I wouldn’t mind to have both option. I would like to set up the QR code on my phone. -
I spent a few hours going around in a loop now and I would appreciate some help, please.
