Only one font available in web version

We are using the web version of Sketchup in class and some students have 1 font while others have 5 or 6. We have noticed if we update Chrome that students who previously had more than one now only have one. Is this an issue of Sketchup not being able to keep up with Chrome, or could it be something else?

@Wildwalker This has been identified by the development team as an intermittent issue so it is likely that nothing is wrong with your computer. In my own testing it appears to occur randomly once every 10 times or so that I load the app. Your unique hardware and software configuration may cause it to occur much more often. A workaround may be to reload several times to obtain a “good” load. It should function normally until you reload again.
