You could (download and) open the file in SketchUp Web (Free version) like I did.
So there seems to be nothing wrong with the file. Then purge the model from unused components, unused material and unused tags. Use that file again in your SketchUp Desktop version.
Be aware to save your file in SketchUp 2020 to be able to reuse it in your desktop version.
I see a lot of reversed faces (showing blue-grey) in the image above. You should correct those before finishing your model.
