Then appear blue screen in my PC after this process my file isn’t open and appear “This does not appear to be a sketchup model”. Pls help don’t want remodel again have no time also (((

We’re you working from an external storage device or the cloud when you had the blue screen or from your local SSD or HDD?
Unfortunately the file is filled with zeros, can not be recover anything from it…
Perhaps, do you have a .skb file beside this .skp?

File was in HDD. But operation system was in SSD.
Unfortunately, the same problem with .skb file. Cann’t open. The same error ((
But probably it can be recovered or at least part of it if you share the skb file.

Looks like that file is corrupted, too.
What version of SketchUp are you really using? Your profile says you are using the Free Plan of SketchUp 2023 which is web based and aimed at hobbyists. Is that the version you are using?
