the hinge model polycount is far too high and out of line, can you post a skimp version with axis in line, prefer with their axis on item parts

there are extensions that will cleanup and change axis, you need to choose and work what best for you

axis are random and off object, this will not end well with animation.

delete top hinge, as will fix bottom and then copy later

can use styles and temporary choose color by axis to show, draw construction lines and rotate to get correct alignment.

The correct axis position for the hinge will be at the hinge joint, about which it would rotate.

Then check each main part and orientate to match hinge, but at point on component. red to right, green in and blue up. Except screws as will all be same with blue along length, latter to be swapped with same simplified component.
