My model was saved in a newer SketchUp version and I can’t open it in SketchUp 2021.
Could someone please save it to SketchUp 2020 or 2021 format?
I’ve attached the file below.

SketchUp 2021 can open files created in newer versions.
Presumably you have a cr acked version of SketchUp 2021? What operating system? What graphics card. Your profile shows nonsense.
As Dave pointed out, there is a File Version Warning popup, but beside that it is opening in my SU2021 without any issues.
If it doesn’t open for you, then I’ll have to confirm: Dave’s assumption is right about your SU legality… 
Why do you always assume everyone is using a croocked version? This is quite annoying ad unnecessarily insulting to be honest.
I personally use (also) Sketchup 2021 Pro because is one of the best versions ever made for what I usually do with Sketchup, and although you are technically right about it’s ability to open every past/present/future format, you should know that Sketchup 2021 still displays a warning when you import files created in newer version, which is utterly confusing for users less experienced than me or you probably are.
I guess that croocked version would work exactly the same by the way. Legit license has usually absolutely nothing to do with this kind of stuff, so that makes your assumption even more pointless.
