My screen is only displaying on 1/4 left top of the drawing area. I have a ticket number and have tried all the solution recommend from support via the email that they sent me. i lost two days of work and i am on a serious deadline.

Do you have multiple screens with different scaling? This can cause issues.
Have you set display scaling to more than 100%? This can cause issues.
Have you downloaded the latest drivers fro your graphic card directly from Nvidia?
