A. Dowel and Pegboard Tool Holder #1.skp (253.1 KB)
Tools like chisels and screwdrivers can stand up between dowels on the inside of the tool holder and small tools can be hung on the outside. Alternatively pencils and pens on the inside of the holder and keys on the outside if used in the kitchen.

I’m working on a Eastern red cedar log now. Every time I saw a log into boards, I try to dream up another way to hold it. 
The component called band could be a ratchet strap or a rope. It was easier to make a band.

I used to work at a court ordered youth program. It was military styled, and there were weekly barracks inspections that included how clothes were folded in their footlockers. For instance socks were supposed to be paired and rolled to 3” dia. There were set dims. for shirts, T-shirts, underwear, etc. The youth had a ruler to assist them. That’s what I was remembering when I made this model.

Why not start something. If anyone wants to make their own Christmas tree decoration, put it on the forum. Then someone can model a tree to hang them on - or not.
