Hello,
I am new to sketchup and i just made my first model- a crappy little wooden house.
However, when i saved the file and then opened it again, the model was slightly rotated in relation to the world axis.
When I’m using the orbit camera the model keeps spinning around the Z axis, “locked” to the camera. Importing the house to the next file doesn’t fix the problem- models created in the new file are stationary while my house keeps rotating with the camera.
I would be very thankful for help, sorry, I just started learning.
I am using the free 2017 Sketchup Make.
I’m gonna assume you made a component of your model. and doing it, you ticked the “keep facing camera” choice ? making the model face you constantly ?
if not, the best way to get our help is to share the file with us. so we can see what it’s about

Hello,
Thank you kindly for your help!
I deleted the component of the model and the problem is fixed.
I have no idea how i enabled “Keep facing camera” earlier because i did not even open the component window (must have pressed some keys accidentaly)
Greetings!
the component window appears automatically when you first create the component.
you might have clicked on it without noticing.
