Model Disappears when I rotate past an imaginary plane (NOT CLIPPING PLANE)

When I rotate past a certain plane (to look at the front of the building in the attached model), the camera resets to the origin and I have to rotate around to try and find the model again. The camera always resets to the same spot. I am unable to look at the front of the building. Thank you for any help!

I found two issues with your model.

It has suffered the singular text bug, with a leader text that has flown off to infinity. It originally said “Lobby”. I corrected this in the attached.

There is a group that projects about 14500 feet from the side of the building. I’m not sure what it is supposed to be, but it affects zooming and orbiting the model. I left it alone in the attached because I’m not sure what it was for. See attached screenshot for where it is.

Thank you slbaumgartner! The line was left on accident because I was trying to see if that would effect the issue. Could you elaborate on how you found the text? I thought that might be why, but I couldn’t find any text.

I have a collection of unpublished Ruby snippets that I have written while analyzing people’s problems here on the forum. One of them searches the model for singular texts.
