I am trying to design a rivet with a spherical button head of 4.8mm in diameter, but Sketchup refuses to do so for a size that small. Drawing larger spheres is no problem. Suggestions?

Simply draw it at 100x scale, group the geometry, and then scale down the group by 0.01
