Migrate License to Other account

Hi,

recently one of our employee leave the company and the license of sketchup was associated with his account, now we cant recuperate the license to assign other email to that license.

any info to solve this issue?

let me know if need more info for my side.

contact customer support for changing the licensee of the license.
