Hello ! I’m on version 2016 of Sketchup on Mac (macOS high sierra) . Everytime I try to download a componant on 3D warehouse, I’ve this message coming : OOPS! AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED. No download files are available. Do you have any idea where does it come from ? how to fix this ?
