I would like to see how the sloped header is actually framed up, especially in the case where it does not match the slope of the top plate. I don’t think I’ve actually seen a situation like this in practice. Usually if a sloped header is used it aligns with the slope of the top plate of the wall.
P.S.
The scissor truss bottom chord determines the slope of the header however the top plate is aligned with the trusses top chord.
