In SketchUp for Schools, is it possible to create materials or even just adjust the transparency of a material? I have found the option to edit, but it does not stay edited. The material just flips back to its default.
You can create materials by adding image directly (!?)
In the desktop version, the photo is inserted and kept as an image !? (as it should)
or you can create material based on a color mat. to which you add a texture

Thanks so much for detailed response! It seems I was doing the right thing. But after it still didn’t work… I tried turning off AdBlock Plus for the site, and that ended up working. But if you had not showed me all of those other options, then I would not have tried again. So, thanks!
