Manipulating Surface Other Than With Smoove Tool?

Hello!

I am curious if there is a plug-in that allows for quicker/more accurate manipulation of a surface than the smoove tool. I am designing a pond, trying to play with slopes and it’s important that the slopes don’t get too steep.

If has any other methods, I’m all ears!

Look at Vertex Tools and Artisan. They’d both be useful.
