Sorry for your experience. I recently upgraded to MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 and haven’t had issues.
I run SU pro 2021 Version 21.1.331 on an iMac Pro from 2017 and M1 MacBook Air. Specs are below. What I’ve noticed is that the M1 machine actually is faster and smoother than the higher spec’d iMac Pro. In general the M1 MacBook Air does everything as fast if not faster. I was really hoping you would notice a difference because I’m interested in replacing these 2 machines with a MacBook Pro 16" M1 Pro.
