Mac sketchup icon not showing

Hello,

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue as I am?

After purchasing a Mac Studio, I reinstalled SketchUp and tried setting it up again, but the file icon previews are not showing. I’m looking for someone who might know a solution to this problem.

All other programs display previews just fine — it’s only SketchUp that is having this issue.

I’m currently using SketchUp 2025 on macOS Sequoia 15.5.

My mac : Mac Studio M4 Max

Mine went out last week. I rebooted the machine and all returned.

There are threads here… have a search. Not sure if this is 100% resolved.

it’s not. it’s a mix of mac os version, reboot, luck…
