Looking for someone to guide me through a 2D site plan layout on teams

Hello.
Im very new to Sketch Up and wondering if I could find someone to mentor me on how to draw over a site plan and measure up, or draw over a picture at scale.

I need to lodge site plans to scale with the council and hoping someone could help me with this.
I have drawn up a couple and i understand the basics, but struggle to do it to scale and to make it look professional.
if you would like to help and have a chat I’m 41 Aussie and in the building industry.
would love to meet someone else from around the world

I have a rough understanding of sketch up. but its just making my current site plan which is a 3/10 to a more professional looking one 9/10.

are you familir with this?
