I would provide photos and dimensioned drawings for you to turn into a model of a house.
I would then use this to add my own models of rear extensions.
The interior of the house would not need to be modelled, nor the front elevation. Knowledge/experience of UK house styles would be a benefit.
A typical job should be done within 2 hours, but some would be more involved and others simpler
