Looking for a developer to help create a Global Attributes box

I’m looking for a developer who can help me with some code to open a ‘Global’ attributes option box which will contain values for other DC’s in the model to reference. I will assign the code to a custom button in the ‘Custom Toolbar’ extension.

There will be approximately 10 different Attributes.

Can anyone help and advise what the cost for this would be?

Thanks but I need a more streamlined way to do it as I want to inlude the feature as part of a larger overall extension, so I think it would have to be custom code.
