Dear Sketchup for schools support team,
We have been experiencing multiple issues when logging into sketchup, or during using sketchup, we lose the connection or are unable to save.
We have had errors with WebGL, including other errors such as:
Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
WebGL: INVALID_OPERATION: delete: object does not belong to this context
There is an error where a rainbow panda appears on the save area (Saving to onedrive, google drive etc) something to do with https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/me/drives
We’ve had a 401 error and a 429 error. Really at a loss here, scratching our heads over this.
Looking at other topics, could it be our school domain isn’t registered / whitelisted?
