I am not aware of any dynamic component type screws/fasteners, nor Live COmponents, but there are more than one “kits” of pre-drawn fasteners in the 3D Warehouse. From my somewhat lazy point of view, that has worked better than trying to create a dynamic component system. The ones that I have used have been more or less like going into a hardware store, finding the right bay - fastener type, then picking the right bin - size. I have seen both metric and imperial and from lag screws to machine bolts, etc.
