I have a student who is having an issue in LayOut on mac, where line weights for a tag are not changing. I have checked the file on a mac and on a windows device and it works for me, so I’m fairly sure it’s not the file that’s the problem. How can I help her to troubleshoot please?
Are the tags in tag folders? There is a known issue with tag folders on Mac. Until the developers release a fix, exploding the folders is one solution. Rolling back to the previous version is another.
Yes it is in a tag folder. But on my mac it works fine. Is it just an intermittent issue?
Which version of SketchUp are you using and which are they using? Include the entire version number. Your profile says you are still using 2025.
Are they using 26 and you using 25? That could be why…
