i was working on this file yesterday, saved it normally and by the morning when i opened it my layout is empty, but the miniature on windows displays the viewports i was working on..
i am using layout pro 2025, saved it locally and without any problems…

Comparing the reference list before and after purging unused references looks pretty grim.
Have you tried opening the backup copy?
You might also look in User/AppData/Local/SketchUp/SketchUp 2025/LayOut/working for the folder of the project. Open the folder, select all of the contens, make a zip file and rename it from.zip to .layout. Then see if that will open.
the backup file is broken the same way as the normal file…
i’ve tried the .zip to .layout orientation but the following error appears:
Did you zip the entire folder or open the folder and zip the contents? It needs to be the second one.
If those don’t work you’re out of luck. You can open the LayOut file and extract the references you need from the ref file.

Then as I wrote, you’re out of luck. When I open your file in LO 2026 there’s only the page borders present.
