@jsullivan714 I’ve looked at your LayOut file and it does seem to be related to two table file references that show up like this for me in Document Setup > References:
These seem to be somewhat invalid table file references - they don’t point to an external file, and they have default file names for internal references that don’t actually exist within the ref/ subfolder of the layout file. in the references.xml, they look like this:
<r:tableFileReference r:id=“id2665” type=“1” internalTarget=“ref/fileReference0.file” externalTarget=“” modificationDate=“2021-10-19T00:22:44Z” insertDate=“2024-01-18T22:01:25Z”/>
<r:tableFileReference r:id=“id7020” type=“1” internalTarget=“ref/fileReference7020.file” externalTarget=“” modificationDate=“2021-10-19T00:22:44Z” insertDate=“2024-01-18T22:01:25Z”/>
The tables that are using these table file references are all on your COVER page. In 2026.0, you should be able to context click on those three tables and select “Unlink Table Viewport”, then purge your file references and save. Note that you seem to have each of the three tables inside a group for some reason, so you will need to go into the group before you can context click on the table. After saving, this file should open in 2026.1.
