Hi. I am trying print the scene names in Layout as a live text field. I cannot find that option in the Auto Text options under Document Setup. Is there are work around that I am missing? I have just started customizing Layout to reduce the work flow. Thanks in advance!
Not a work around. Scene auto text is available only in Labels. You need a leader attached to the model to identify the scene. You can make the leader transparent so it doesn’t show.
Thanks Dave. I was hoping there would be a way to access the document setup database. Do you know if it is possible to edit those database fields to include the Scene Name field?
You can add custom tags but it wouldn’t make any sense to do so since those are for text boxes and you need to use a label so it can be anchored to the model in the view. There’s no option to link a text box like you can a label.
