just wondering if this would help for reporting and tracking issues by (savvy) users in a more structured way than posting in a forum system with threads scrolling away over time.
I think it can be done within the current forum system, there is already a “Known Issues” subcatergory under Technical Problems but @SketchUp_Team doesn’t use it frequently in that sense (for some reason).
On the other hand Unity forums has a decent issue tracker system which is probably closer what you’re looking for. And i believe these issues has been reported inside Unity game engine with associated files shared.
