One of our in-person course students has encountered a problem when exporting a 2D graphic (PNG) from SketchUp Pro 2024 on a MacBook Pro running macOS.
When exporting a Parallel Projection view as a 2D image, the sky (blue background) appears cut off or interrupted, as shown in the attached image. This affects the final presentation since the export doesn’t match what is displayed in the SketchUp workspace.
We’d really appreciate it if anyone has experienced a similar issue and could offer any insight or suggestions to help solve this.
