Is it possible to add a dropdown menu in a UI::Toolbar?

I would like to know if it’s possible to add not only icons, but also a dropdown menu in a UI::Toolbar.
If not, is there any way of having always visible a customized dropdown menu in SketchUp workspace?

There is not. The only native way would be to use an HtmlDialog
