Can someon explain to me what Intersect faces with selection and model realy does and when one would use it?
In addition to Aaron’s video, I’ll also say I mostly use Intersect Faces>With Selection because I can limit the process to only a small selection set which speeds up the process. Here I have a ton of geometry with these screw threads along with what you can’t see off screen. If I want to trim the threads off with the face, I use With Selection to limit the process to only those faces that will get cut by the cutting face.
