If I get the new Sketchup Pro can I work on drawings without access to the internet? I usually build in places without access to the internet and need to be able to make changes to models while building.
Sketchup Pro 2019 used to work, but now half the tools cause it to crash.
You would need to have access to the internet once every 28 days to ping the license server but in between you wouldn’t need the Internet unless you need access to services like the 3D Warehouse, Extension Warehouse, Geo-location, or possible some extensions.
What tools specifically?
Nothing has changed in SketchUp Pro 2019 since the last update was released a couple of years ago. Any crashes are caused by something external to the application - problematic extensions, the graphics driver portion of the operating system, etc.
