Internal network issue

I have a class of 20 students. Nobody, including myself is able to log into SketchUp for schools today. At the top of the page there is a notice of an internal network error. Both the icon in my Google apps and getting in via URL /web search did not work. Only students who had SketchUp previously open on their own machine were able to work on the app.

Hi @gordon.mcmillan, thanks for the post and sorry to hear that you are having difficulty with SketchUp for Schools. We have had reports of several people having similar issues with SketchUp for Schools this morning and I am currently looking into it. Initial tests are coming back okay though so it may take some time to trace the issue. If you are able, sharing a screenshot of the error with the console tab open in developer mode would be very helpful. I may be able to get some additional information from that. The information would help me to narrow down potential causes faster.

Additionally, if you can confirm if you have made any updates to your hardware or software (like firewalls) that would be helpful too.
