Is there any method to check the interference/collision in SketchUp? Please advice

Natively, only the walk through tool has a collision detection (the camera acts as if it were the ‘head’ of the walker)
Groups and components can occupy the same space, in SketchUp
Extensions like MS Physics or Clothworks have collision detection.
If you elaborate what you’re intentions are, another extension might work for you!

This is very much to required especially for multi story buildings with many elements.
Could you please help.
We were using" interference feature" in revit.
