If you modify the geometry manually it breaks the DC. Open the dc and adjust the geometry to the correct size, then exit and it should be correct. Or you can use a Ruby script to fix it:

Hello All, I hope everyone is surviving the apocalypse! I am wondering if anyone could help me with a ruby script that will purge all “_nominal_lenx,y,z” attributes and then trigger a re-draw of the current selection.
