1. Convert Shapefile to KML

• Google Earth Pro or KML Converter (Online Converter) - http://www.mapsdata.co.uk/online-file-converter/#kml-instructions

2. Convert KML to DXF

• KML Tools (Online Converter) - http://kmltools.appspot.com/

3. Import DXF into SketchUp.
