I’m new to sketch up. I have always used a board to draw for the past 35 years…Help!
The biggest challenge is likely to be shifting your thinking from 2D to 3D. Imagine visualizing real objects, and realize that orthographic (aka parallel projection) is just a conventional (distorted) way to present them. Start with 3D and only go to 2D at the end.
