If place a gif or a jpeg on a t.v. or on a billboard, I would like to see those in a VR walk-through. What plug-in is able to do this? I can’t find any clear answers on this. Some thing simple to use is preferable, going from SketchUp to Unity, for example, is too complicated.
Try Enscape if you are on PC (no mac 
). And yes your image will display in VR.
