Fredo’s plugins are available only through sketchucation, you must install the sketchucation plugin Plugin Store Download | SketchUcation
As I mentioned on the other post you commented, you don’t need a plugin to share models with other people and make live changes, it’s a native feature added on sketchup 2026.

Unfortunately Fredo abandoned the development of FredoXref plugin since he got stuck on some API bugs.
But not to worry - I have just developed a simpler version. An Open Xref Manager that works similarly and I just submitted to Extension store (it should be available in couple of days).
