Hello. Basically, i bought the fifty five dollar education subscription for us&canada for sketchup studio and im having trouble canceling it. I tried logging into the admin management portal and the license portal and doing it from there but both have left me unsuccessful. Basically, i was able to identify my product but the auto renewal option isnt there for me to cancel. Google said that it probably means i bought the subscription through a reseller and would have to contact the reseller to cancel it, but im pretty sure i bought it directly from the sketchup website and not through a reseller. Anyway, i just want to know why i dont have the cancel auto renewal option, and who i can talk to about this. Should i contact sales or something ? Thanks, I hope my message isn’t too confusing.

I wonder, since you have to prove you’re a student for the ongoing year, could the auto renew be deactivated by default ? that way they avoid people resubscribing at student rate without a valid situation and all ?
