I can't login because it says im not activated due to other login

Please help me. i have replaced one computer and logged out and shut down the original computer and unistalled Sketchup. I’m trying to login to Sketchup on the new computer but it says i have too many activations.

when it says you have too many activations, there is a link to your profile. have you clicked on it ?

Exceeded my allowed activations

go to sketchup.com - log in there. check your account, there, check “my products” [Capture d’écran 2023-09-27 à 21.58.46] you should see this, more or less. click on manage devices, deauthorize all. it should take care of it. if not, check this solution, your PC is just not letting go of it (change SU2022 to SU2023 to work)

I figured it out. Thanks. I just had to go into My Products, SketchUp Pro, Manage Devices and force log out of all devices.
