How to use PBR Materials in V-Ray 3.6?

Hi there! Lately, I’ve been downloading Concrete PBR materials from cc0textures.com. Apparently, I’m new in V-Ray. When I edit materials, I usually change the reflection, refraction and bump maps to make my material more realistic. My question is, what’s the use of color, displacement, normal, and roughness like the materials down below? Does it make my material better and realistic? And how to load it in V-Ray?

Well, I think the “Normal” is a bump map and the “Color” is the original material. Correct me if I’m wrong.
