How to send console output to debugger

Anyone know how to send SketchUp Ruby console output (STDOUT & STDERR) to a debugger (or IDE using SURubyDebugger.DLL) ?

FYI: I want to leave the SketchUp Ruby Console window closed and see all output in the IDE or editor console.
