How to rotate a material texture under another custom image texture

Hey ALL,

I was refreshing my SketchUp skills and ran into an obstacle.

I have a wooden texture that I rotated but I needed to add a custom image texture on top. I can see both as I wanted the custom image texture on top of the wood texture. Unfortunately, the wooden texture has turned back to its original position and isn’t rotated as I changed it to be.

How do I rotate the second face of the surface?
What I want is below. What I am getting is under the first image. Notice the wooden texture rotated back to its original position in the selected surface.

Please help! I’m stuck!

It would help if you share the .skp file so we can see the exact setup.

I would put each texture on a separate transparent face (like glass) stacked one slightly above the other so they don’t interact. Then rotate one of them. Probably in parallel projection camera mode.
You will likely have to make the top texture translucent so you can see through it down to the bottom texture. You can set the opacity (transparency) in the
Style tray for any material.
Maybe this will do what you need? Good luck to you.
