How to make the grout line flush with tile?

Hello,

Total noob here.

I am using the Floor Generator plugin to layout tiles, so I have a surface and the tile is on top with a height of 8mm. How can I push/pull the surface below to simulate grout being flush with the tile?

Presumably you are a hobbyist so this just needs to be a representation. The grout shouldn’t be flush with the surface of the tiles. Just extrude the face of the floor up through the tiles to a little below the top face of them.

If the grout surface was flush with the tile surfaces, you will get Z-fighting which looks bad.
